The CINC Homeowner and Board App offers a convenient mobile-friendly solution for interacting with your community association. Through this app, users can effortlessly make payments, view their account details, and access valuable community information all in one centralized location.

For existing users with login credentials for their association's website, the same email address and password can be used to access the app. New users can easily register by clicking on the designated button and submitting their information for approval. Upon registration approval, an email will be sent containing a link to create a password, granting access to the account through the app.

In case of forgotten passwords, users can utilize the "Forgot Password" feature by entering their email address to request a password reset link. This link will enable them to set a new password for login purposes.
